It all begins with the owner, Tom. He started his career more than 30 years ago, working on a wide range of projects, from high-rise building constructions to bathroom renovations and minor repairs.

This extensive experience has provided him with invaluable skills and knowledge that greatly benefit his daily work. His intense focus and meticulous attention to detail consistently result in BCH customers’ dream home makeovers.

His son Brennan has been working alongside Tom since 2020 and has also contributed part-time from a young age. This allowed him to gain a deep understanding of the business and its core values from an early stage, making it natural and straightforward for him to integrate into the daily operations.
